Are you Bob's Beans the coffee roastery?
No, different business entirely. Bob's Beans TCG, written BobsBeansTCG, is a UK trading card shop and live breaker. We sell Disney and entertainment trading cards, Formula 1 cards and graded slabs, and we break sealed boxes live on Whatnot. The coffee roasters with a similar name are unrelated to us. If you are looking for cards you are in the right place; if you are looking for coffee beans, we cannot help.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No, we ship to United Kingdom addresses only. Every order is sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 and you receive the tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched.
How much is delivery?
Postage is charged at the official Royal Mail rate with no mark-up. Tracked 48 starts at £2.75 for large-letter items such as single cards and £3.55 for small parcels such as sealed boxes; Tracked 24 starts at £3.65 and £4.45. The exact price for your order is shown at checkout based on its combined size and weight.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 in 2 to 3 working days and Tracked 24 in 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.
Can I return a sealed box or booster pack?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, but only while it is completely unopened with the factory seal or shrink-wrap fully intact. Once a seal is broken we cannot accept a change-of-mind return, because opening a sealed product changes what it is. Faulty or damaged-in-transit items are different: contact us within 30 days and we will replace or refund, including your return postage.
What cards do you sell?
Mainly Disney and entertainment trading cards, including Card.Fun ChronoZ Disney Legacy and the Topps entertainment range, plus Formula 1 cards such as Topps Chrome, sports cards, and graded slabs, with Pokémon featuring occasionally. The online shop carries sealed boxes and pre-orders, and singles are pulled live on stream.
Where can I watch the live breaks?
We break boxes live on Whatnot and eBay Live most weeks. All our channels are listed on the link hub, and the homepage shows a countdown to the next stream whenever one is scheduled.
How do pre-orders work?
A pre-order product page states the expected shipping window. You pay at checkout as normal and we dispatch as soon as the stock arrives from the distributor, with tracking emailed on dispatch.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts credit and debit cards. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
