Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your order. This Returns Policy explains when you can return an item, the condition it must be in, and how refunds work. It sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them. Because we sell sealed hobby boxes, packs, and collectible cards whose value depends on their sealed, untouched condition, please read the condition requirements below carefully before opening anything.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. To use this right, email us at hello@bobsbeanstcg.com within that 14-day window and tell us which order you want to return. After you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted for a change-of-mind return, items must be completely unopened and in exactly the condition you received them. Sealed products, including hobby boxes, booster boxes, ETBs, and individual packs, must still have their original factory shrink-wrap or seal fully intact. We cannot accept returns on any sealed product once the seal, shrink-wrap, or packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with, because opening it changes what the item is and destroys its resale value. Single cards and other loose items must be returned unused and undamaged, with any original sleeves, toploaders, or protective packaging they came in. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or not as described, which are covered below.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@bobsbeanstcg.com with your order number and a short note of what you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as we cannot guarantee unannounced returns will be received or matched to your order.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, and the items remain your responsibility until they reach us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postage service, because we cannot issue a refund for a return that is lost or damaged on its way back to us. Please pack sealed products carefully so they arrive in the same condition they left you.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm the items meet the condition requirements above, we will refund you within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe. Where you return an entire order we will also refund the original standard postage you paid; where you return only part of an order the original postage is not refunded. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in the value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to check them, for example if a sealed item is returned with a broken seal.

Faulty or not as described items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described, you do not pay for its return. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@bobsbeanstcg.com, including a photo of the item and a short description of the problem. In line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any return postage cost you incur. Please note that the mix of cards inside a sealed product is determined by the manufacturer and is a matter of chance, so the specific cards you pull are not grounds for a faulty-item return.
