About BobsBeansTCG
BobsBeansTCG is a UK-based sole-trader online shop selling trading cards, sports cards, Disney collectibles, Formula 1 cards, and related items. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the basis on which you may use this website and on which we sell items to you through it. By using the website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Placing an order
When you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, you are making an offer to buy those items at the prices shown. Your order is submitted through Stripe Checkout. A legally binding contract between you and BobsBeansTCG is formed only when Stripe confirms that your payment has been successfully authorised and we have recorded the resulting order in our system. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item has sold out between you adding it to your cart and completing payment, we will contact you and refund any amount already taken in full.
Prices and payment
All prices on this site are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Postage is charged separately and is shown clearly at the checkout step. Payment is taken by Stripe on our behalf; we do not see, store, or have access to your card details. If a price is clearly wrong due to a typographical error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.
Dispatch and delivery
We ship to United Kingdom addresses only. Orders dispatched within 2 business days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the Royal Mail website. Delivery timescales are set by Royal Mail and are outside our direct control; estimates shown at checkout are indicative only. If your order exceeds the maximum weight supported by our standard shipping options the checkout will ask you to contact us for a bespoke shipping quote.
Cancellations and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, without giving a justification. To exercise this right please email us within the 14-day window and return the items in their original, undamaged condition within a further 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We will refund the price of the returned items (and the original standard postage charge where the entire order is returned) within 14 days of receiving them back. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Faulty or not as described items
If an item you receive is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return postage costs) in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please include a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue when you contact us.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the items concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under English law.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and BobsBeansTCG each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
